To submit a technical issue to the SumTotal platform Support Team, please use the new SumTotal eService Portal. You may continue to use the existing Online Request Form until October 15, 2008.
Important Note: On October 15, 2008 we will be retiring the Online Support Request Form in an effort to improve our customer's experience in working with SumTotal. We encourage you to begin using the new eService portal accessible from Customer Productivity Center (CPC) for all your online support needs.
