Assistance in the use of Docent software is available from technical support engineers via email, by telephone, or by submitting your support request online using the new eService Portal. You may continue to use the existing Online Request Form until October 15, 2008. Support is provided on an annual contract basis, which includes all software updates (upon request), bug fixes, additional documentation, or patches released during the contract period.
